Personal television reception equipment such as aerials, satellite dishes etc are not permitted on the exterior of the building nor should they be placed in or hung out of the windows. However, there are a number of ways of picking up television services and there are no known problems with reception of digital (including HD Freeview) signals provided the appropriate equipment is used.

The original terrestrial master aerials fitted in the roof space when the property was built are no longer supported. A number of lessees now have their own aerials located in the roof space; in some parts of the block there are known to be three aerials in the roof space supporting the three flats immediately below. Ground and first floor flat owners will need to obtain the permission of the owner of the top floor flat in their section to access the roof space to install an aerial - permission may not be unreasonably withheld. Installation should be undertaken by a qualified tradesman who should be instructed to connect the aerial via the existing trunking.

All flats also have access to cable TV and broadband services supplied by Virgin Media as well as Fast Fibre to the Premises (FFTP) services delivered through the Openreach network by all of the main broadband providers. This is of course subject to normal connection and rental charges. Follow the side links for more information.
