There is a certain amount of street parking in the roads beyond Ormsby. Some of this parking is free at all times but restrictions apply to parking on single yellow lines although the restrictions generally apply only between 09.00 and 10.00 on weekday mornings. 

Parking inside the estate is very limited. Every flat has a garage and in addition the lease provides for a small section of the amenity areas to be used for parking and this has been divided into five marked spaces. As with all of the amenity areas, use is subject to regulations made from time to time by directors. Generally speaking these spaces are restricted for the exclusive use of bona fide visitors and tradesmen. However, residents may make use of an available space between 08.30 and 10.30 on weekday mornings to alleviate difficulties created by the yellow line restrictions on the public roads around Ormsby. 

Residents’ parking is not permitted on the marked spaces at any other time and no parking (other than for loading and unloading) is permitted anywhere else within the estate. Misuse will result in the issue of an enforcement notice without further warning for which an administrative charge will be made.
