The home of Ormsby (Freehold) Ltd  

Every company incorporated by registration under the Companies Acts must have a legal Memorandum which formalises the company’s role and purpose. In addition, a company must have Articles of Association which are the regulations governing the company’s internal management. Ormsby (Freehold) Ltd’s original Memorandum & Articles of Association are dated 4 October 1989 and the company was formally incorporated on 17 October 1989. The original Memorandum remains extant. However, the original Articles of Association were superseded by Special Resolution of shareholders on 6 June 2009. The new Articles were introduced to reflect more streamlined business practices introduced for the benefit of smaller companies in the Companies Act 2006
