The home of Ormsby (Freehold) Ltd  

Following the establishment of Ormsby (Freehold) Ltd in 1989, new 999 year leases were issued to the 24 flat owners at the time. The substance of each of the 24 leases is identical. Among other things, the new lease replaced the monetary annual ground rent with a notional peppercorn. Various parts of the lease require Directors to make and enforce supplementary regulations which may be amended from time to time to reflect changing circumstances. The supplementary regulations are consolidated in a document called “Living in Ormsby”.
